Global Pertaining to, or embracing, the totality; comprehensive and all-inclusive. A global (or systemic) principle, for example, is one that applies to the subcellular, the cellular, the organic, the individual and the societal level. It may also apply to the planet as a whole. Healing * To heal is to become whole; the word healing comes from an old English word that is also the root of whole, hale, hearty, and holy. Healing of a system, be it a person, a relationship, a way of relating to the world, a family, or community, involves the system coming into wholeness, with each component part occupying its appropriate place, in appropriate relationship to the other parts and the whole. The wisdom of healing is intrinsic to the human being. Its essence is awareness and balance. To heal is to make whole. Transformation Transfomation is the Latin homologue of Metamorphosis, referring to a particular type of change associated with the “dissolution” of one structure whose elements are rearranged to form a different structure, generally one level up in the hierarchy. This new level displays evidence of emergent functions, awareness, abilities.
